manufacturing, planning and engineering departments to acquire inventory in a cost effective and timely manner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Processing purchase requisitions, purchase change orders and requests for quotes to suppliers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working with management to address all aspects of commodity management, including procurement support commodity business plans, market trends assessment, pricing, and product availability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performing cost analysis and volume planning for major commodities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoring the cost, schedule and scope of assigned subcontracts to negotiate the highest quality at best value<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developing new supply sources where vendors and suppliers are no longer competitive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recommending cost saving proposals including make-versus-buy analysis or alternative sourcing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interacting closely with suppliers and Quality Assurance to resolve quality issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting internal and external audits related to procurement processes and supplier management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Qualifications Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fresh graduate to less than 2 years\u2019 experience with purchasing, procurement, contract management or relevant experiences<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expertise in procurement methodologies and processes as well as negotiation tactics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Competency in computer applications, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, knowledge of SAP is an advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good knowledge of business, finance and supply chain concept<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preferred Qualifications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to take the initiative and drive for results<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work effectively in an interrupt-driven, fast-paced and rapidly changing environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to influence opinions and gain consensus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong presentation skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to handle contracts management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactive, fast learner, self-motivated, multi-tasking and performance driven<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to drive projects and programs to complete them in timeline
