PCB BOARD REFURBISHMENT
TSiC, through our subsidiary BPESE, supports key players in the semiconductor industry by providing specialized repair and rework services for critical printed circuit boards (PCBs), including Automated Test Equipment (ATE) load boards, equipment interface boards, and other essential components. To date, BPE has successfully repaired and reworked over 50,000 PCB units for our customers, with the number continuing to grow steadily in line with increasing demand.
